  • Business Hours: We operate from Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery will take place within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that while we aim to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other disruptions may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any significant delays.

At this time, Hirthe.store only offers shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
